تعليمات حذف البيانات
يمكنك في أي وقت سحب صلاحية وصولنا إلى حساباتك الإعلانية وطلب حذف كل بياناتك من خوادمنا. اتبع الخطوتين التاليتين.
الخطوة 1: إزالة التطبيق من المنصة
هذه الخطوة توقف وصولنا إلى حسابك فوراً:
- Facebook / Meta: من حسابك على Facebook افتح الإعدادات ← عمليات تكامل الأعمال (Business Integrations)، اختر تطبيق موفّق ثم اضغط إزالة. وإذا كان الربط على مستوى البيزنس، افتح Meta Business Suite ← إعدادات الأعمال ← عمليات التكامل ← التطبيقات المرتبطة، واحذف التطبيق.
- Google Ads: من صفحة الأذونات في حساب Google اختر تطبيق موفّق ثم إزالة الوصول.
- TikTok و Snapchat: من إعدادات التطبيقات المرتبطة في حسابك التجاري على المنصة، احذف تطبيق موفّق.
الخطوة 2: طلب حذف البيانات
- أرسل بريداً إلكترونياً إلى info@moufak.agency بعنوان "طلب حذف البيانات" (Data Deletion Request).
- اذكر اسمك واسم النشاط التجاري، والمنصة ومعرّف الحساب الإعلاني أو الحساب التجاري المراد حذف بياناته.
- سنتحقق من الطلب ونحذف البيانات خلال 48 ساعة، ونرسل لك تأكيداً بالحذف على نفس البريد.
البيانات التي يتم حذفها:
- رموز الوصول (Access / Refresh Tokens) الخاصة بحساباتك.
- قائمة الحسابات الإعلانية والحسابات التجارية والصفحات المرتبطة.
- بيانات الحملات ومؤشرات الأداء المخزنة لدينا.
- أي ملفات إعلانية متبقية لديك على خوادمنا، وبيانات حساب الدخول للداشبورد إذا طلبت ذلك.
ملاحظة: الحذف من خوادمنا لا يحذف الحملات أو الإعلانات أو الملفات الموجودة داخل حسابك الإعلاني على المنصة نفسها، فهي ملكك وتديرها من المنصة مباشرة.

Data Deletion Instructions
You can revoke our access to your ad accounts and request deletion of all your data from our servers at any time. Follow the two steps below.
Step 1: Remove the app from the platform
This immediately stops our access to your account:
- Facebook / Meta: in your Facebook account, open Settings → Business Integrations, select the Moufak app and click Remove. If the connection was made at the business level, open Meta Business Suite → Business Settings → Integrations → Connected apps and remove the app.
- Google Ads: on your Google Account permissions page, select the Moufak app and click Remove access.
- TikTok and Snapchat: remove the Moufak app from the connected apps settings of your business account on the platform.
Step 2: Request data deletion
- Email info@moufak.agency with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
- Include your name, business name, the platform, and the ad account or business account ID whose data should be deleted.
- We will verify the request, delete the data within 48 hours, and send a deletion confirmation to the same email address.
What gets deleted:
- The access and refresh tokens for your accounts.
- The list of connected ad accounts, business accounts and Pages.
- Campaign and performance data stored on our servers.
- Any of your creatives remaining on our servers, and your dashboard login account if you ask.
Note: deletion from our servers does not delete campaigns, ads or files inside your ad account on the platform itself; those belong to you and are managed directly on the platform.
