Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Moufak Agency Unified Ads Dashboard at https://dashboard.moufak.agency, provided by Moufak Agency (the "Agency"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

The dashboard provides a central interface to view campaign performance, analyze ad spend and sales, monitor return on ad spend, and manage clients' advertising campaigns, through official integrations with advertising APIs (Google Ads API, Meta Marketing API, TikTok Marketing API, Snapchat Marketing API).

3. Connecting ad accounts and authorization

When you connect an ad account through the platform's official login (OAuth 2.0), you grant the Agency the permissions you approve on the platform's screen, which may include:

• Read access: reading account, campaign and performance data for reporting and analysis.
• Management access: creating, editing, pausing and activating campaigns, ad sets and ads, and uploading creatives, on your behalf and under your agreement with the Agency.

You can revoke these permissions at any time from the platform's settings or by contacting us, as described on our Data Deletion Instructions page.

4. User obligations

• Keep your dashboard login credentials confidential and do not share them with unauthorized parties.
• Have the legal right and authority to connect and manage the ad accounts you add.
• Comply with each advertising platform's advertising policies and terms.
• Do not attempt to breach or disrupt the Service's infrastructure in any way.

5. Ad spend and ad content

Ad spend is charged directly to the client's ad account on the platform and its registered payment method. Budgets and ad content are set according to the agreement between the client and the Agency, and the advertising platforms make the final decision on reviewing and approving ads.

6. Intellectual property and trademarks

All rights to the dashboard's design, code, logos and visual elements belong exclusively to Moufak Agency. Your ad account data and the creatives you provide remain yours.

Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat are registered trademarks of their respective companies. Moufak Agency is an independent marketing agency; this Service uses the official APIs to serve its clients and is not owned by or affiliated with any of those companies.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". The Agency makes every effort to keep the Service accurate and available, and is not liable for outages or data discrepancies caused by third-party servers or external API providers.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and revoke permissions at any time. The Agency may suspend access for any user who violates these terms. On termination, data is deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the updated version on this page with its last-updated date.
